Really are just the low of the low! Been waiting on my refund for over a month and a half. Irs always feels a need to verify. Hey when you send me letters do I need to verify your Identity???
What is taking tax returns so long this year for Illinois? Kind of pathetic….I lived in Michigan my entire life and have never once had to wait the entire 3 weeks to receive a return. It’s insane how poorly this entire state is run.
Will process your payment in seconds but when it comes to sending money owed to people it takes months. Terrible state. Complete incompetence.
I just went into the Des Plaines office to update my name with my new ID and they wouldn't assist me. It was very frustrating and a waste of my time. They told me I have to write a letter which isn't what I was told before.
