Kevin was incredibly kind and helpful when I needed to file an amendment! The parking is a little complicated, but the inside of the building was much easier to navigate and everyone was friendly. Probably the best experience I've had at any IL office!

Parking is confusing, but once inside the building, everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and kind. The guy at the front desk was a pleasure to talk to, and the man helping people in the business registration office was endlessly patient as he helped both the person in front of me, and then me.
Illinois is sketchy. Going after someone’s taxes from 2016 with mere income and no traceable ability to re-file while they also have a statute of limitations of 20 years is reason for Illinois to be investigated federally. No wonder IDOR was rated an F.
