I just went into the Des Plaines office to update my name with my new ID and they wouldn't assist me. It was very frustrating and a waste of my time. They told me I have to write a letter which isn't what I was told before.
Horrible service
This rotten staff needs to be replaced by a temporary labor agency. And keep them moving. That's how this government eats it's own crap & stops corruption.
