I filed an appeal and they denied it claiming I didn't show up to the appeal hearing. I was supposed to receive a phone call and never received it. I honestly might sue or file a complaint against IDES. This organization is very shady and duplicitous
I’m convinced they hire flunky judges as adjudicators. I almost hung up on one recently because I thought it was a scam call due to the unpleasant & unprofessional nature the call was being handled. Asking questions that have no weight on the reason for the appeal. Very condescending tone. I can’t believe they hire people like this, but glad it’s for past claims & not ongoing, because it would’ve gotten serious. They need to watch how they talk to people. It’s not like we don’t have their names.
One basic skill they need to learn here is how you ask questions can have an impact on the quality of the conversation. Please ask all the questions you need but if the questions are attacking or condescending then there is no point in continuing the convo.
They didn't have this much security before the Pandemic during that time people identity was stolen and now those same people are paying pack hundreds and thousands of dollars that someone stole from them due to fraud
