Phone game is terrible. A manager should call the business line and see that you can never ever get through. I left the phone for over an hour just to see if it would get answered but no go.
I've used the in the past to plate 2 vehicles that I owned outright and had no issues. This time however they didn't seem to understand the process to get plates and registration on a financed vehicle both times I visited, they said incorrectly I NEEDED the title to get registration and plates but as anyone knows you don't get the title when your vehicle is financed and getting a copy of it can be difficult or take a long time.
