My experience today with the rude silver haired old lady made me specifically look up reviews of her rude demeanor as I knew there was going to be at least one comment about her and sure enough there is. Her rudeness is not uncommon. The convenience of being very close to home was the only reason I've gone there in the past. I will start going out of my way to other locations.
