The new staff are unpleasant and cause unnecessary issues. There was older lady with glasses and dark hair that refused to service me. I knew it was going to be an issue after her and the other younger lady looked at me but did not acknowledge me and was not doing anything else to at least make herself look busy. Absolutely ridiculous. You advertise that I can update my motorcycle license plate, but when I actually try to do it, I'm told you can't do that here. What kind of bait-and-switch operation is this? If you can't actually provide the service, don't advertise it! I've wasted my time, patience, and energy dealing with your broken system and confused staff. This whole process is as outdated as my plates and I'm trying to get it renewed. Get it together.

I went there today to get my vehicle sticker. When I called them prior to going, the guy told me it would be $165.80. Well low and behold when I got there, he told me it was going to be 196.00....fee of 9.00 and fee of 5.00 because I was using my debit card then asked me for my pin number. I was stupid and gave it to him, as well tells me that my sticker is high because of the year of my vehicle. Has anyone heard of this before? Also I have changed my pin number because it did not feel right in my gut that I gave him my pin.... read more

I use the Currency Exchange at this location every week. I use it to cash refund checks, purchase money orders, pay utility bills, get stamps, paperwork notarized, and reload as well as unload gift/prepaid cards. The business itself is inside a small one-room building but they also have a drive-thru. The employees are usually fast so you're able to get whatever business done quickly. Hispanic teller on nights shorted me $100 and said there was nothing he could do about it. Huh? He didn't want to take the L for making a mistake. MAN UP and take responsibility for your actions. Simple as that. This business is stealing from customers and nothing is being done about it. Teller said there are no cameras in the business to videotape transactions.
