Went to cash a check but was told I would have to wait until next week to have it cleared. It was a check from the previous 30 days. Granted a little old, but the lady acted like I had whipped it out from Jesus’s time. That was okay… But she then preceded to tell me that her boss owned EVERY other currency exchanges and that if I wanted to try another place it was going to be Tuesday regardless (fat chance pretty much was the tone). The new staff are unpleasant and cause unnecessary issues. There was older lady with glasses and dark hair that refused to service me. I knew it was going to be an issue after her and the other younger lady looked at me but did not acknowledge me and was not doing anything else to at least make herself look busy. It was one other customer there. It took 15 minutes for her to come to the window. I was trying to cash a small child support check which does not expire until five months from now. Very bad customer service!! Old lady with glasses was soooo rude not helpful at all!!!! If youre not happy working there get another job!!!!!!! Never going there again! Should've trusted all the other reviews!!

Friendly and efficient! Was able to stay in my car and was in and out in 10 minutes! I'd return to cash a check if needed..

Absolutely ridiculous. You advertise that I can update my motorcycle license plate, but when I actually try to do it, I'm told you can't do that here. What kind of bait-and-switch operation is this? If you can't actually provide the service, don't advertise it! I've wasted my time, patience, and energy dealing with your broken system and confused staff. This whole process is as outdated as my plates and I'm trying to get it renewed. Get it together.
