I have always come here to get quarters, never given a hard time until today. Had they set the policy in place from the beginning, it wouldn’t have bothered me. I’m a local there so I feel targeted because she gave me a roll of quarters the first time without charging me. Then she started charging me. Then suddenly I can’t exchange 8 dollars for quarters. Bad costumer service. Maria is her name, so beware.
Not a great customer service experience but I was able to get my transaction done. I won’t come back to this place.
