Needed to exchange dollars for euros as a gift for my sisters upcoming honeymoon. Called ahead to make sure they had euros. Lady said she’d check for me, put me on hold for 20 minutes, same lady picked back up and forgot why I called. Put me on hold for another 10 minutes, and finally said they did have 400 euros. Drove the 25 minutes to make the exchange to find out they didn’t have euros, but that I could drive another 30 minutes to a different location. Would give negative 5 stars if I could.
