The old women at the counter is literally of no use, she doesn’t even know anything about the currency exchange and western union and she got the job in currency exchange I went pick up the cash which is a refund from western union and she is like” i don’t know the western union customer care who works out of the country and I don’t know what my computer might show me “ she is not even listening to my request and the only thing she knows to say is I don’t know 🙃 she didn’t check my details and said I don’t know . We visited this currency exchange to take care of a car we had inherited from my husband's aunt that passed away. Nicole was the one that helped us and I wanted to recognize her for her service. She was so very friendly, and so very helpful and we were in and out quickly. She is very knowledgeable! I highly recommend if you need anything, this is the place to go! Thank you Nicole!
What a joke of an establishment! Rude employees! Credit card reader broken.... Just close the doors already!
Twice now I have tried have had registration issues resolved here where they couldnt help. This time it was switching license plates to antique plates and they wanted me to renew for another year. I went to frankfort and there was no issue whatsoever and I have the plates. This location just seems to not know how to do their jobs.
