Twice now I have tried have had registration issues resolved here where they couldnt help. This time it was switching license plates to antique plates and they wanted me to renew for another year. I went to frankfort and there was no issue whatsoever and I have the plates. This location just seems to not know how to do their jobs.
I don't know what people are complaining about. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Clerk was very pleasant.
Horrible, this place is open for no reason! They cant do any service except for the ones that take your money! They pick and choose what crowd to appease too! The owner is lackadaisical and the workers are just what they are, workers. This needs to be shut down and an actual place that can service the community with a WIDER RANGE of transactions should be brought in.
