Seriously avoid this place at all costs. Rude attendants, bogus business practices. I'd give negative stars if I could. You'd do yourself a disservice by doing any business here.

I have already reached out to the district manager. This is a copy and paste of what I sent to HR. The currency exchange on Roosevelt and Mannheim has a Hispanic female manager that frequently denies cashing black customers checks due to ridiculous things. I went in to cash a check and she denied me because she says I never cashed the check anywhere else. That should not matter, even though I have been cashing that same type of check for years! A currency exchange that closes at 6pm on a Friday? What good is that? Otherwise, the individual who runs this establishment, does an outstanding job. Always a pleasurable experience as far as as currency exchange experiences go.
