I have nothing to say but good things about management and staff at this location.. Friendly, Helpful and goes out the way to ensure my needs are met. I don’t go to any other currency exchange.

I had an ideal experience for what it is. There was a family playing music and dancing while I was in line which made waiting so much less agonizing and I even was having fun. Then when I talked to the cashier she was very patient with repeating things when I couldn't hear and clarifying when I didn't understand. Now I have hope that I know the next steps to make this boring, frustrating, expensive scavenger hunt the city of Chicago sent me on finally end

never had to deal with not being able to fill out my own money order this place is full of it. Rude employees.
