It's one lady in there so mean and just talk nasty to people. She almost did not cash my check cause she said my signature on my ID did not look like the signature I signed on the check Im like ma'am this is the exact same way and made me rewrite it over before she cashed it. I will never go back.
The manager is rude lazy and disrespectful as hell. She shouldn’t be working with the public if she’s not a people person. My grandmother been living in this neighborhood for over 55 years and ever since this mean lady been here we been going on 79th street. You need better management. This is not how an establishment should be ran. I’m call bbb corporate everybody. This issue needs to be resolved immediately!!!!!!!
