Current number on Google is invalid. Terrible for a Currency exchange to not have an active and current number for calls. I've been waiting for my Title to come in now for 9 weeks. This place told me initially it would take 4-6 weeks. Then when I called and followed up they said oh the USPS only now processed it, will take another 2 weeks. So now it's week 9. Unbelievable. They probably forgot to send it and it never was sent until I called to follow up.

I don’t know if their exchanges dates are not up to date or if it’s an actual scam. The exchange rate from MXN to USD was 43% bellow the market average (the usual point of reference for this). The lady in the counter is quite rude and zero helpful.

Been going to this currency exchange since I was old enough to cash a check far over 20 year plus some. Service has gone down hill since the older lady retired. On several occasions I have come to the currency and they weren't open on several occasions. I've watched the owners sit in their cars waiting on employees to open the door for customers. So unprofessional since her departure.
