I’ve been here multiple times, and every single visit has been the same negative experience. The staff consistently come across as miserable and unwilling to help. Everything seems to be treated as a problem, no matter how simple the request. What’s even more concerning is that I’ve observed them treating other customers the same way—speaking down to people, acting impatient, and making customers feel like an inconvenience. IF I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. I DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE EVEN OPEN WITH THE REVIEWS THEY HAVE. RUDE FOR NO REASON NASTY AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND LAZY!!! DIDNT EVEN CHECK A COMPUTER SYSTEM NOTHING! JUST QUICK TO SAY COME BACK ANOTHER DAY! CUSTOMER SERVICE RETRAINING NEEDS TO HAPPEN!!!
