Quick and painless
Needed a city sticker for a new car. I didn’t have the right papers but they told me exactly what to bring back. Fees and totals were written out clearly to help me decide how long I wanted the sticker for. Glad to have a nice place to go to close by where the workers are helpful and efficient.
Not recommended for vehicle services. Told me original title was salvage. Quick lookup on IL website said otherwise. Funky old building is the best part.
It’s a currency exchange. Nothing special. I bought a new car on Saturday. I tried going to city clerk office but they don’t have Saturday hours (could have sworn they did). Came here. Lady at the counter looked out for me. She told me all she could do was sell me a new city sticker, but the city offices could do a $5 transfer. Saved me a whole bunch of money. She also told me I have a 30 day grace period to get it updated.
