This is hands down the worse establishment I’ve ever had the misfortune of stepping foot inside of. Over the past week and a half I have gone into this western union to cash a check, purchase a city sticker and to send money via western union. All three times I was told I cannot be helped for various reason such as not having my ID with me when purchasing a city sticker (this is my 14th city sticker purchase and not once have I been asked for an ID) mind you, this was my 4th trip in one day because they all or a sudden neede... read more

This place is terrible, avoid it.* I called ahead by telephone and asked them what I needed to cash a check They said I needed a proper illinois id or drivers license Went out of my way to go there had the proper identification and they refused lto cash my check Saying it was because I had never cashed there before So this is how you cultivate business Add on top of that that the clerk had a very rude tone Just a total waste of time Won't be back

Very unpleasant experience, went in to cash my hard earn check only to be dismissed immediately by the clerk. She didn't even try to help. Didn't even try to work with me. Just told me my check was flagged (which I found out later at another location that it wasn't) and carried on with her ongoing conversation with the other clerk. I won't ever do business here again
