The location is convenient to my needs. Theres often 3 cashiers available. Wait times definately seem long. I often visit to upload a 1-Day Pass to my ventra card. The cashiers are older women and they are stern. I'm bothered by the place being a cash only establishment. This makes for the inconvenience for me. I seldomly have cash tend to have to walk out of the way to purchase a 1-Day Pass.
This is the most rudest and impatient person ive ever came in contact with in customer service history ….. she acts like just because she’s older you gotta move at her pace … she made me go to somebody else because i told her that i already had an account with western union . its nothing but older women in here and she’s the rudest… dont recommend her or this currency exchange because its cash only !
I have gone here consistently for the last 3 yrs and have had nothing but helpful/wonderful/welcoming customer service from all the employees with smiles always!
Got the most stank old women In there won't even speak when u walk up and I was trying to get a title change how come y'all Machines always down then the atms just scamming us yall need to do better seriously I'm annoyed
The btch behind the counter was extremely rude and belittling with answering questions.
