They allow people to cash stolen checks without proper identification. They stamp over falsified signature so it can't be read!

Look, I try to keep an open mind, especially because a few years ago I went here and it was OK...but this place, as of November 11, 2024, lives up to its 1 star reviews. I went here to renew my registration. The first red-flag was the teller having a full-blown private conversation on the work phone at the teller booth. I literally stood in an empty line waiting for her to address me because she was busy conversating. Came for sticker renewal and plate, then walked out when I witnessed the clerk being rude to an elderly woman. The rude clerk was eating her food at the window and asked (with a mouth full of food) the customer to proceed. The customer stated she would wait for the other clerk (since she was eating AT THE WINDOW) and gave the customer sass. It is completely unprofessional and unsanitary. If they're eating at the window...are they not receiving breaks?
