There were 3 people working when I came in. Only one did Notiry. I had to wait 30 minutes for her to finish with the man she was helping. Instead of her letting 1 of the other workers help the guy, she made me wait for her to be done. PATHETIC.

I've used this currency exchange on and off over the years and have spent plenty of money for fees with them because of convenience, but the customer service has consistently been disappointing. The young women working there often have terrible attitudes and rudely dismissive. If you must go, avoid their windows and try one of the older ladies who are at least somewhat more professional. I won't be returning.

Customer service rep extremely arrogant and rude. She did not want to do the work to transfer a title. We will not do any business with them ever again. Had to go somewhere else to complete transaction and I had NO issues at another site. I would encourage everyone not to go to this location.

Right now because of the virus there are lines at times But the people working there are cool and know their jobs.okaybthis is 2025 and the virus is under control.So the lines are much better.Butbthe staff are just as professional.Some seem like their crabby.Whatever happened to service with a smile.Not all of them their are two who are quite pleasant but there are a couple who act like your doing them a favor ,but you being a customer gives them a job and it would sure be nice to be served with friendly service.Its a shame ... read more

U need to learn some professionalism and wake your tail up u half sleep dealing with money. Don't take it out on me cause he don't want u.
