The lady that was there spoke REALLY NICE to the other two spanish speaking dude's that were there. She told them in a nice tone about the same thing we went in for which was for the tittle of the car. But when it was our turn she yelled at us and was really rude and still wanted respect after yelling at us. WE NEVER ONCE RAISED OUR VOICE TO HER. We just told her to give us a little respect cause what was that about, yelling at us for no good reason.
