I normally Love this Currency Exchange Ms. Amanda and Ms. Maria are my favorite worker's there they've watched my kid's grow up through coming in over the years but today I went to load my chime card but was told they no longer load those cards, no explanation just they don't do it anymore. Super rude just asked a simple question about emissions testing because in the city some currency exchange have emissions testing stations once i said that the lady hung up on me management needs to look into that because i do believe most of the job is customer service
