Didn’t process my transaction efficiently, and in the confusion, didn’t give me my change. I called immediately recalling the transaction and made me wait till end of day to balance the register. Never gave me the money they kept.

This is the western union I always use. The staff are friendly and helpful but they DO NOT EXCHANGE FOREIGN CURRENCY!
