Best Credit Union -- I have been a member since 1983. The Plano Branch offers great customer service as well as any time you call the main office they are always willing to go the extra mile to assist.
Staff at this location are always so helpful and pleasant. U r greeted with a 🤗 hello. I recently applied for a HEL and was very happy with the easy process and the service I received. All of my questions were answered quickly and completely. I spk.w/Jennifer who was patient with my questions and concerns. I can not say enough about how good the entire experience was and I was surprised at how fast I received a loan determination. Thank you!
