They’ve always been good to me
I noticed a week ago that I was being charged a fee for a dormant account. I called and an associate told me that I could send in a check to reactivate the account and receive some of my money lost to fees. I just received a phone call from them telling me that is not possible. What a bunch of horse shit. I am glad that I am done doing business with them
Just a regular guy, with a good credit score, with a good post-grad job looking to get a reasonable car loan. Got denied and they wouldn't give me any answers. I even had an appointment to speak with a loan advisor, and they didn't even know my name when I arrived at the scheduled appointment, and couldn't find my application even though they pulled my credit 3 times. To top it all off, this was after the first loan advisor ghosted me after running my application. I called and emailed for a month with no response. Definitely... read more
Absolute garbage. Was a member. Had a truck loan, paid off 2 months early. Had a personal loan, paid off early as well. Ask for a motorcycle loan, they said you're good for $6,299. After I find a bikeand send them the info, sorry you're only good for $3,200 now... iccu is not a good credit union.
