I noticed a week ago that I was being charged a fee for a dormant account. I called and an associate told me that I could send in a check to reactivate the account and receive some of my money lost to fees. I just received a phone call from them telling me that is not possible. What a bunch of horse shit. I am glad that I am done doing business with them
Just a regular guy, with a good credit score, with a good post-grad job looking to get a reasonable car loan. Got denied and they wouldn't give me any answers. I even had an appointment to speak with a loan advisor, and they didn't even know my name when I arrived at the scheduled appointment, and couldn't find my application even though they pulled my credit 3 times. Absolute garbage. Was a member. Had a truck loan, paid off 2 months early. Had a personal loan, paid off early as well. Ask for a motorcycle loan, they said you're good for $6,299. After I find a bikeand send them the info, sorry you're only good for $3,200 now... iccu is not a good credit union.
This credit union was very unorganized and unprofessional. Had multiple complications as if the staff weren't communicating and money went missing. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of them as well.
