Last week my husband and I made an appointment to open new accounts at Credit Union 1 after moving back into the area. The gentleman who assisted us, David Prim, was extremely thorough and professional and made the experience go very well. He was very good at going over our choices clearly and getting things set up correctly. Would definitely recommend contacting him with your account needs.
Always in and out in under 5 minutes. The staff is kind and very patient. Daisy helped me out alot when i had questions regarding their new app setup. She took the time until i felt comfortable navigating the app solo.
I went into the main CU1 today because I was having card issues. David was amazing he printed a new card, told me about a better checking account for me and helped me with all my issues. Thank you again David you where amazing! Rhonda Hayes
**PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOUR BANK STATEMENTS - stealing money off of "glitches"** It's not even this location. It's the company in general. I had ICCU for 15 years and then this company took over. As of the last couple months they randomly started charging me a $5 paper statement fee every month for multiple months even though I opted it out when it switched over to this company because I didn't want to be charged $5 just to receive a monthly statement.
