Unfortunately, I’ve had a bad experience with this department. I submitted my payment for an exam in March, I received an email in April about next steps. I reached out in May and to my disbelief I was told that my payment and application had not been received. After emailing back and forth payment and completed application was found but I still had to call and email to request the test date in July, I took my exam and didn’t hear back. I would give them zero stars if I could. Ever since Certomy you can't get anyone on the phone. This is a common occurrence when a board utilizes Certomy.
I turned 65 the other day. I received my CADC in 1997. I’ve had many jobs from MAT to high end sober coaching. In 2015, I designed, developed and opened a treatment center on the Westside of Chicago.
