UMB used to be Illinois Bank & Trust, used to be Riverside Bank, and I don’t remember what it was before that. The transition to UMB has been clumsy. The same great employees but lousy corporate support. I didn’t realize how often I used Zelle until UMB took over and canceled the use of Zelle.
