We have been long time customers, but recently they have taken a downhill toll. They have no sympathy for their customers. I have overdraft on checks for emergency purposes. I ended up with Covid and wasn't able to put money into my account to cover a check that went through. Returned the check and charged me a bunch of fees. Refuse to tell me why they returned the check. Refuse to refund any fees that were associated with their mess up. Requested to have the account closed. Didn't do that. Still charging me fees. 2021 covid overdraft fee's.. like taking candy from a baby.. there are tons of banks now offering better online banking services with no ridiculous fees
