I think the overall condition of the building is very poor, it's just another slumlord ran property of the Quad Cities. I thought Teresa was very nice, she treated me with respect even after a bad interaction. However, the maintenance guy named Polo was completely disrespectful about maintenance issues and the fact that we wanted the apartment checked for mold. I live in this place now .I've been here for almost 2 years and never heard of any body saying using incense will cause smoke damage to your apartment. I felt completely disrespected by the worker that informed me that. I called damage to the apartment using incense. When we moved into the apartment unit. The apartment was not clean . we had to clean the kitchen the bathroom and vacuumed the floors because of all the Beatles that was on the floor and I'm not talking about no 10 or 20 beatles I'm talking about thousands of be... read more
I love living here with my dog, Lucy! The management is kind, and caring for people,and the resident coordinator is wonderful! The common areas are clean, landscape is beautiful, and a great view!
