Our son is on a ventilator and very complex they transferred our son to a doctors appointment and they made it very comfortable between there knowledge and compassion for our son made this trip very easy
At 1pm on Friday May 22nd, I was coming back from Manito, Illinois. This Illini van came flying up on the bumper of my car. I was taking my elderly, handicapped mother home to Pekin. The van would fly up on my bumper and then slow down. It kept doing this all the way down Manito Blacktop road. There were cars in front of me. I had nowhere to go. Both the Wheelchair Transport and Ambulatory transport services provided by Illini non emergency patient transport are top notch. They all went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable on our journeys. Thank you Illini, you made an unpleasant time in my life much more bearable and that is precious to me. Very professional local business. The women were very gentle with my granma as she was transported to hospice and understanding of my mom and I, talking to us through the process and their own experiences. They were comforting in a time that we needed comfort and I am forever grateful of that. The care they took of granma in that short time was unforgettable. Thank you, ladies. They have a great future ahead of them in this line of business and will help thousands of families, I’m sure.
