Lori @ Peoria St. location Spfld Il Absolutely cannot believe the way I was treated at this particular branch. I went in to fix a problem which was partly taken care of in the end. The other part was not taken care of so I will be changing banks tomorrow. Lori @ Peoria St. branch told me she didn't know how to actually fix the issue. Illini Bank just lost a loyal customer.
