The team at IRC are super friendly and work with you to achieving your exercise goals. The gym is modern and fully equipped. The purpose made heated hydro pool is world class and has easy access including a lift for limited mobility. I highly recommend visiting Illawarra Rehabilitation Clinic. David
I couldn’t speak highly enough of IRC the team the equipment and essentially Max my trainer he was very professional he set up a program for me and chose machines that I needed he listened, helpful, encouraging and always friendly and welcoming, Max knows his stuff and encouraged me to keep going , you got this .
I’ve been going to IRC for hydrotherapy for a while now, and I can share the services are of high standards and the treatments i receive are truly amazing! With such modern state of the art facilities. I’m not only maintaining my limited mobility but also increasing it, with care and support of my individual health needs taken into consideration. I have been seeing Nick the owner of Illawarra rehabilitation for a number of years. He is my “God”he has healing hands that keep me moving when not even pain meds fix. The premises are spotless and the pool is the perfect heat for hydrotherapy. Nick offers needling also, which I have found to give almost immediate relief. I have to be honest he does hurt you sometimes but I know I will feel better for it at end of session. Highly recommend this business all the staff are well presented, friendly and supportive of my needs.
My 17 year daughter has attended pre and post op. Nik knows exactly what she needs and communicates with her on a level that she trusts and respects. Have recommended to many friends.
