Very unhelpful staff rude untidy. since joining Illawarra this is what I've noticed. i have been a member for many years and do not expect this attitude. Maybe they are overworked as their office and ATM is the only one in shopping Mall. hoping the attitude is temporary.
Worst experience ever.
When it was Illawarra Credit Union the customer service was exceptional - now it is Community First Bank it has changed to worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. It is absolutely pathetic & I would give zero stars if I could.
Very unhappy with service desk not helful every thing was my fault to far to travel nowas all thing that you whant the office is in wollongong will think off going local after over 50 years very disapointing no local branches local credit union no more
Worst bank in the world I got locked out of my account on a Saturday and guess what …no money till Monday because they have no weekend after hours service …
