Needing physical therapy - My doctor gave me 2 names of therapists he recommended. Illari Physical Therapy was family owned so I decided to go with them. I am not sorry. Upon arriving Jess at the front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful in any capacity. Joe and Jackie, the therapists were very knowledgeable, friendly and showed me the exercises I needed to do at home also. I was very happy with my choice - I highly recommend Illari Physical Therapy!
I have had an amazing experience with Illari Pt from front to back. I appreciate the knowledge and the constant care for my autoimmune disease. The staff is amazing and so nice. Very understanding and easy to talk to. It just feels like a family environment and I enjoy going. It is truly my second family. If you choice this office I promise you will not be disappointed.
After my rotator cuff surgery I chose Illari Physical Therapy in Smithtown for my rehab, and I’m glad I did. Over the years I’ve had several surgeries requiring post-op physical therapy, and I can safely say that Illari has provided the absolute best PT experience and results. I came here for a few months after hurting my hamstring playing sports and I cant say enough good things about my experience. Jess is always friendly and helpful with scheduling and the physical therapists Joe and Jackie are not only knowledgeable but caring and attentive. They took the time to understand my injury and explain my treatment, along with things to do at home to continue to heal.
