Bought a electric wheelchair about 3 years ago and the batteries went out on it now they tell me the chair I bought has been discontinued for 8 years and they can't order new batteries for it
Too bad I can't give them a 0. Bought a fan from amazon. Industrial size I use in my barn. Used it last summer for 2 months. Used it May and June. The fan broke on July 3 I bought it June 26. They will not cover the motor because the warranty is the day from purchase. Customer service is a joke they tell you that they need pictures, you send pictures and then they ask for more. They say will give me a price on new motor and then it's been crickets for 2 weeks.
They claim good tech help. Wrong!! You have to call a sales representative, they don't answer, leave a message. They call you back, then they take you number to give to tech support, to call you back I have a work order to buy a charge but know one to give the money to. Fix this.
My mom had purchased a lift to lift the scooter into her SUV. It was purchased at a fair and the SUV was not physically there. She paid close to 800 dollars and the contract stated NO REFUNDS. NEVER EVER buy anything that states NO REFUNDS unless you know for sure it will work with your vehicle. This company would not accept a return, even though it did not work with her vehicle and now she is out 800 dollars.
