Eitan and Tamy are absolutely wonderful. I came to Miami for the first time with my young daughter to go to see Taylor Swift. I had never been to Miami and Eitan took the time even before we booked letting me know all about the area and how they could help me have a great experience. They are professional and the experience was wonderful. Tamy was our driver for the show and she was knowledgeable about the stadium and helped us get perfect parking to get in and out easy. Fantastic car service. Transparent pricing on the site, and very easy to book without even needing a phone call. I had to change the timing of one pickup and update my credit card and both tasks weren’t a hassle at all. Communication via email ahead of the trips was very quick- and received a phone call ahead of my pickup and Eitan was on top of pickup- our flight got in early and he was still at baggage claim before we were.
