After trusting this financial group with my money, no growth. No transparency, only once a year do they tell you how your investment is doing. Impossible to get return call from the person you are trying to reach. I got the run around when I wanted to leave. It took over two months to get my funds returned. When they finally did, I got back less than I came to them with. No growth for three years and to walk away with less is a punch in the stomach, and it’s legal.
Major mistakes on our tax return which cost us a huge tax payment and many fees. Ilgenfritz would not admit their mistake or help with fees. I've recently heard several similar problems with tax returns prepared at Ilgenfritz. My rating would be MINUS Five Stars
