I contacted this firm to assist with my family immigration process and requested a review of my file and consultation. They called and canceled(with refund) the consultation 2 minutes before it was scheduled. They stated that they wouldn't do a consultation because they would need to fully represent me and certify the documents. I asked for the price and timeline to provide the full service.
