Beautiful Italian artisan stationary but unfriendly, unhelpful staff. I came prepared to drop a significant amount of money on gifts but was turned off. Their inventory is also highly marked up. Jacques Herbin ink typically sells for $30, they are selling it at $40. Skip this place and stock up on your next trip to Firenze. Ciao Bella.
A Venetian marbled fantasy! More than just paper its a wonderful gift shop with beautiful office accessories, picture frames and artwork. Truly a beautiful and inviting shop with lovely owners.
Lady at the register was very rude. First she completely ignored us as we waited to pay, then tried to charge us full price for a sale item. We let her know where we’d gotten it, and she told us we had to pay cash. That’s fine. The total came to $xx.35 and she scoffed when my wife used nickels for the change. She then continued mumbling on our way out. Stay away from this place. The items might be visually appealing, but not enough to make it worth dealing with the attitude from the shopkeeper.
