Wonderful shopping experience and service. The owner, Michael, has a terrific design eye and deep knowledge of what’s in the marketplace. Product selection is current and ageless modern.
I live in Miami.. I purchased a Lafer recliner on Amazon that came from Il Decor. I did not know that the the chair would come unassembled. My husband was able to get the base on properly but could not get the arms on. I called the store desperate asking if they knew anyone in Miami that could assemble the chair? Michael was very helpful, he took all my information and called me back within minutes with the name of a moving company that he uses here who could help me. A hidden gem in Boston! I highly recommend this incredible unique spot. What an amazing design center and resource . They have helped us reimagine our modern home with beautiful cabinetry, media units, couches and chairs. Each piece is so unique and custom ordered. I can’t say enough good things about working with Mike.He has spent hours patiently helping us choose the right finishings and pieces for our particular home. I virtually furnished my condo with the beautiful furniture I bought at Il Decor. The staff went 110% on every request each time I made a purchase. I had a table that broke because it was defective, and they fixed it without question. But aside from that, my place is now very special because of the selections with their advice.
