Recently had an appointment with Nicole to help relieve rotator cuff pain and shoulder/ back tightness . Best RMT I’ve ever tried , pressure was strong and helped relieve soreness . Nicole is very knowledgeable and helped so much ! Shoulders feel great and will definitely book future appointments !
I'll never go anywhere else for a massage. Nicole is truly exceptional. Since I moved from Manitoba, I've been searching everywhere for the right rmt. I'm so glad I was recommended to see Nicole! You can tell she cares about your wellbeing and is mindful of your needs. I have rheumatoid arthritis and she was accommodating, asking what she could do that would help alleviate some of my pain. Thank you for providing such awesome massages and a safe space for me and many of your other clients!

I left feeling relaxed and much better than when I arrived. Highly recommend for anyone seeking quality massage therapy and wellness care.
Had an exellent experience with Jack few days ago. He is incredibly patient and nice. He also shared lots of professional information about Chinese Medicine and insight with me. I think he definately deserves much more in the future!
