I’ve been taking Bev’s osteofitness class for about 8 years. During this time, my strength, bone density and posture have all improved significantly, even though I am not getting any younger! Bev does her research and is often way ahead of news release stories about practices that improve bone health. She makes each class unique and shares a wealth of wellness and bone health information. I went to Beverley about foot pain I was experiencing due to an old fracture that had healed but left a large bony bump on the top of my foot. I couldn't tie my shoes properly, and was having pain while walking. She worked with me for 3 or 4 visits to relieve the anterior tibialis, remove excess fascia in the area, improve blood flow and increase flexibility with various stretches.
