IKEA… but torontofied… Disorganized, understaffed, workers who stopped caring long ago, probably because they’re stretched too thin. Insane to see only one line open at the restaurant at dinner rush, and literally all food sold out in the the cold storage. Then only one guy single handily running the snacks by the exits. It’s a disaster… but it’s also Toronto. So to be expected lol
