We called before July, 4th and asked about working hours. They said that they will be open 10am to 6 pm. We spent an hour to come for picking up the order and found out that the store was closed. Google, IKEA website and customer service misinformed us.
It was closed during business hours. I called and was told it was open. I came to pick up the item. It was closed. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back.
Terrible customer service. Worst store experience. Staff not helpful at all. Not even worthy of one star tbh. Contemplating to commission a wardrobe specialist such as California closet, closet world, closet by design but IKEA had a store front and it was more convenient and wise to actually view the set up and quality of materials before purchase. Walked in with no appointment and this store is so sad, the first thing the employee told me was that the store is closing soon so what they have on display is what they got. Very unprofessional but he did answer all my questions about the custom closet I want to have made.... So there's that. Next I'm going to the Ikea in Covina.
It's small and very clean. Great quality
