I was given wrong order. And lady who did this mistake didn't bother apologizing. It's been 4 days and hours on phone with Ikea to get the exchange delivery scheduled. spent money to stay on phone endlessly to get his sorted with ikea and 3rd party delivery servie. IKEA should compensate for all the nonsense they put their customers through. IKEA plz make an effort hire competent people. Will not recommend this place to anyone. And anyway I hear this place is closing.

You cannot call the store to ask if they sale something you need. So you waste your time driving there for the people that work there to be super rude when they tell you they don’t have your item.
