Incredibly easy experience. Using the link they provided me through SMS my package was ready as soon as I pulled up. FYI, the pick up spot is on the opposite side of the block as the store entrance. There's enough room there for pickup, but if it is busy I imagine it could get a little congested. Might require a little patience but the process is about as efficient as it could be.
Worst experience ever, I was there with my mom the minute we entered the store, no one knowledge us or made an eye contact as of we are browsing we were wondering if we could pick up the order and give it to them so we can pick it up from the store. As of we are asking ourselves! An employee approached and looked at us top to bottom and asked me to put back the products where they belong cuz this is just a show room! ☆☆☆☆ I had a truly disappointing and humiliating experience at the IKEA Design Center in Fairfax. I walked in with my wife and our twin babies—there were three employees sitting at their desks and no other customers in the store. Despite this, no one acknowledged us or even made eye contact.
