Simple experience -- start with the confirmation email, tell them you arrived, and order comes out quickly. Caveat is that the order pick-up is on the back of the IKEA storefront. Videos of storefront and pick-up point. It's exactly around the back with two dedicated parking spots.
I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.
I avoid going to ikea as much as I can. I hate that to buy a table you have to go through the maze to find the number and then the next maze in the warehouse to get it. Happy with my table but avoid it here as much as possible.
