I have been trying for three weeks to schedule an in-person kitchen measurement in South Jersey, and the experience has been beyond frustrating. Customer service provides the same scripted response every time: if no appointments appear on the website, there is nothing they can do. No escalation. No investigation. No ownership. What makes this even more unacceptable is that when checking ZIP codes in Pennsylvania, there are plenty of available appointments — both in person and virtual. Product is fine, but post-order customer service, delivery experience was terrible. My wife and I had put in an approximately $5000 order with Karen Tucker in store. She sat down and helped us design our closets, and generated a part list with our design. Unfortunately the part list that was generated, does not reflect our design. 1 shelf and 1 drawer was missing (see photo). Joseph is the absolute BEST and only good thing about this place!!!! I am Very disappointed. They're supposed to be this special design center. There's one and a half kitchens. They have no handles to look at. Dont even offer all the cabinet types options at this so called design center. They have no one to install them and they can't recommend a third party installer. Why on Earth would you open a specialty store if you can't accommodate anybody .... figure it out and reopen
