I was nervous to try this after reading the reviews, but we had a great experience! Scheduled an appointment online, went in with measurements, and an associate named Selena helped us design a new primary closet. Everything was delivered correctly to our home. A TaskRabbit came and built the system beautifully. And Selena called us along the way to check in and make sure we were happy. Everything was perfect! Before and after pictures of our closet. Thanks IKEA!
The phone number don't go to the actual store. It goes to a phone bank that doesn't know the local inventory. Very frustrating
