Hard to find. Logistics Way, as anyone can imagine, is block after block after block of warehouses, and almost none of them have any kind of signage to help you know where to go. I walked into two different businesses, asking if they were IKEA. It was very obvious they get that question all the time, directing me finally to the right place. SIGNS please.
Incredibly confusing new pick up location. There is almost no signage whatsoever
This location is hidden, poorly labeled, and it took us forever to find. You drive past the Ikea flag to the loading docks, it is the first two dock spaces. There are tiny signs that are in really bad shape posted at those docks to check-in for pick up. You do have to load your items yourself. The worker was very nice and quick with our order! The older pictures are misleading as they are still of the old location.
It was great despite the past negative reviews. Done in 2 minutes. He had me back up the ramp into the bay before I even got out of my car. Cant speak on others loading from the dock as that doesn't seem logically. Helped load as well. He used a pallet jack so im sure with the ramp they would roll out to your vehicle as well. All he needed was my order number.
IKEA changed the pickup location for Nashville and it’s a lot more inconvenient. It’s further out from the city and you end up driving up to a trucking dock. The people working there are still nice and helpful but there were no real directions provided by IKEA. When you drive up to the building you will keep going straight to the back and right next to dock 57 you will find a ramp that you can back into.
