Picking up my order here was much faster than I expected. The staff was friendly, verified my order quickly, and had everything ready within a few minutes. The only downside is that the location is difficult to find the first time since the signage is pretty limited and it feels more like a warehouse than a retail pickup spot. Once I found the correct dock, the process was smooth and efficient. Overall, I’d definitely use this pickup location again.

Hard to find. Logistics Way, as anyone can imagine, is block after block after block of warehouses, and almost none of them have any kind of signage to help you know where to go. I walked into two different businesses, asking if they were IKEA. It was very obvious they get that question all the time, directing me finally to the right place. SIGNS please.
Incredibly confusing new pick up location. There is almost no signage whatsoever
This location is hidden, poorly labeled, and it took us forever to find. You drive past the Ikea flag to the loading docks, it is the first two dock spaces. There are tiny signs that are in really bad shape posted at those docks to check-in for pick up. You do have to load your items yourself. The worker was very nice and quick with our order! The older pictures are misleading as they are still of the old location.
