First time pick up point customer, life long IKEA shopper. This pick up point was the greatest shopping experience at IKEA in my entire life! Fast service, easy to find location, ample parking, friendly staff with helpful reminders. Backstory: I am temporarily disabled after a freak accident/fall down a flight of stairs. So small, so sweet :)
I got a bed frame and mattress from IKEA. Their service was fast and friendly, and they even helped me with transporting and loading everything into my car with care. I would definitely recommend picking up from here if it close by.
