Ordered online and picked up at the this collection point — super smooth and easy! The **DJUNGELSKOG** plush toys were packed perfectly, no damage at all. Mama orangutan and her little baby arrived in great condition and were ready for their first road trip home 🦧 The online ordering process was simple, pickup was quick, and the staff were helpful. IKEA never disappoints — came for one thing, added these cuties to the cart and have zero regrets. Highly recommend both the toys and the click & collect service!

First time pick up point customer, life long IKEA shopper. This pick up point was the greatest shopping experience at IKEA in my entire life! Fast service, easy to find location, ample parking, friendly staff with helpful reminders. Backstory: I am temporarily disabled after a freak accident/fall down a flight of stairs.
