Just don’t use this service. Hopefully IKEA is aware of the absolutely rude and uncooperative people at this “collection point.” Items are provided damaged, the staff are terrible, and it’s a terrible premise.

Nanimo Ikea pickup First of all, there is no proper signage showing where the pick up center is. I drove past the pick up center several times, and only when a car had moved, did I see the sign on the ground. The lady inside was friendly, but things went down hill from there. I went to the bay around the back and was barely able to back my truck in, as the ramp was very narrow.
