God forbid you want to return something, you’ll sit for hours waiting in a numbered queuing system whilst there’s about 2 staff members. Awful!
Ordered a chest of drawers and matching bed side 2 drawer chest. The bedside chest was a bit damaged on a highly visible corner (if it was on the back i would not have cared) so i phoned customer services. They get another one sent out and this time it was packaged inside another, larger box to protect it during delivery. This probably made thing worse because the outer box was much bigger and wasn't packed with anything to stop the inner box sliding around and getting damaged.
